Welcome to Gunderson Middle School!

At Barry and June Gunderson Middle School,   we are preparing today’s students for tomorrow’s challenges by engaging all learners through  rigor, relevance, and relationships.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • CURRENT 6th and 7th GRADERS: You received the 2023-2024 elective choice forms on February 6. They were due February 9. Questions? Ask your counselor. A link to the elective descriptions is HERE.​​

  •   Current 5th Graders: Elective choices are now available to view. A link to the elective video is HERE. If your child is at Jan Jones Blackhurst, Reedom, Tyrone Thompson, or Wright Elementary, the elective form was given to students by our counselors the week of March 6th. If your child is coming to GMS next year and does NOT attend one of those elementary schools, the link to elective choices is HERE and open now.
